Warranty

Ardroit warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that if this product, or any part thereof, proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal consumer use and conditions, causing the product to fail within one year of purchase as new, the company will, by Proof of purchase elects to have such defects repaired or replaced.


Warranty claims do not apply in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transportation or storage;
  • freight charges for a product or component inspection and repair;
  •  costs incurred for repairs at overtime rates;
  • Problem investigation and diagnosis;
  • the cost of using the same product when repairing the original product during the warranty period;
  • Communication and transportation expenses incurred when the product is returned for repair during the warranty period;
